Whether there is a special occasion or not, this tart will surprise you… as well as your guests! It’s very easy to prepare it – the ingredients, I have to admit, are high fat, but who cares! When you have to prepare something special, you don’t care about calories. I make this tart whenever I organize a dinner with friends at my home. Of course, there are no left overs.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 slice ready crust for tarts
- 8 bacon slices, very thin chopped
- 1 onion, very thin chopped
- 300 gr of fresh mushrooms
- 1 soup spoon butter
- 8 cherry tomatoes, half chopped
- Half orange pepper, very thin chopped
- 3 pieces of chili pepper
- 300 gr mixed cheese
- 200 gr mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 300 gr heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180 Clelcius
- Put in the pan the bacon slices
- Once ready, put in the pan the butter, the onion, the mushrooms
- When cooked put the chili pepper and put aside
- Stir the eggs and drop the heavy cream in a bowl
- Place the crust for tarts in a circular cooking utensil
- Drop the mixed cheese, mozzarella, the pan content, the tomatoes and the orange pepper
- Pour over with the mix of eggs and the heavy cream
- Cook for 45 minutes
