We realise that flexibility is key when making travel plans so we want to be as helpful as we can. However, certain partners of ours (especially on the accommodation front) have their own booking policies that we cannot alter. These will be clearly labeled upon booking so that you can make an informed decision.
As far as all travel activities are concerned, you can make any modifications or cancellations up to 14 days prior to your arrival date.
As you will notice, we strive to bring competitive prices to all of our services. Our business model relies only on commission from our partners and not any mark-up on the retail prices you would find elsewhere. As such, you get to enjoy your dream trip at a dream price.
You can easily complete a booking on our website. For that, you may either browse by region (we’re currently offering packages only in Greece), by destination or by package. Just navigate to our homepage for more information.
If you need any assistance, you can easily connect and chat with a travel expert of ours and/or book a free 15min video consultation.
Of course – our goal is for you to do exactly that!
Simply select a package that you find interesting and you’ll be able to switch on and off components as you scroll down the page. Your trip summary will be updated in the Booking Widget (on the right) accordingly.
If you need extra assistance or want to build a package from scratch, please speak to a travel expert of ours.
We collect data that are only an absolute must for our travel partners. For most of the times, these are the standard data an accommodation provider would require such as name, surname, email address, mobile number, check-in & check-out dates and room type preferences.
For booking we also require your credit card details.
We keep your data safe and follow global security standards to process your payments.
Our company’s website is currently hosted on Amazon Web Services, AWS LightSail, uses the Open Source WordPress CMS, Cloudflare for our DNS and Stripe for our payment system.
AWS provide us server infrastructure. WordPress CMS is the online platform that allow us to sell our products and services to you. Cloudflare provides us with DNS services. Your data may be stored through WordPress data storage and databases on secure servers at AWS cloud hosting system.
All direct payment gateways offered by Stripe and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. They are then being deleted safely and not used otherwise.
As we keep improving our technology and infrastructure, we might switch to different platforms and technologies for website hosting and payment, always adhering to international standards.
A confirmation email is sent with every package reservation. If you have not received one, please check that the email hasn’t gone to your junk or spam folder. If it is not there, please contact our team and they’ll be able to send you a copy of the original email.
Email: [email protected].
Components within a travel package are individually priced and noted in the Booking Widget, as well as on the confirmation page and confirmation email. Most of the times, these will include accommodation (multiple items if more than one accommodation is included), private transfer(s), ferry transfer(s) and other travel activities.
No. We believe in transparency and instead prefer working on commission from our travel partners.
As such, you will be able to see the individual prices of the component of a travel package and compare them with other channels online.
The moment you complete your booking, your credit card will be charged. Cancellation policy though does apply and this is noted in the confirmation email.
Invoices and receipts are sent via email after the completion of a trip.
If you wish for us to issue an invoice (instead of a receipt) please send us your company details before your check-out date.
If you wish to make changes to your reservation, please contact our team with details of your reservation. We will help you with any changes.
It’s important to remember that some changes will incur extra charges.
