Part of the island’s marina landscape in the heart of Serifos, Chill & Co connects a unique guest community through contemporary aesthetics, gastronomy and cocktail culture. And it does so across multiple levels of the same building that houses impeccably designed guest rooms and a funky all-day café bar on the ground level.
I stumbled upon a digital photo of them a couple of years back when they first launched but only made it here in 2022. Who’s they? A young couple that has started out small and now counting multiple hospitality projects on the island, including an amazing eco retreat in a magical place in Kalo Ambeli.
Drawing multiple creative forces of the island, including an upcoming architecture studio led by Christos Siantrivanopoulos and Olga Ktenà of C-O lab, Chill & Co emanates a downtempo vibe offering a late breakfast exactly as it should be.
The menu is filled with all sorts of goodies with eggs being their specialty. I visited a few times already and gave them raving reviews of their fried eggs over a home-baked bread topped with local cheese, pork pancetta, avocado and tomato – delicious! They also make a mouth-watering french toast with tsoureki.
As the late morning beautifully blends with the afternoon, people tend to come and go but the very attentive staff is still on guard. They serve an all-day menu in case you’re wondering where you’ll find a quick tasty bite.
