Walk around the city centre and stop at Local Espresso Bar for a coffee. If you’re hungry have a bite at Ergon Agora where there’s also a nice foodie store.
At night, drinks are in order! Thessaloniki is full of small nice bars so take your pick. We recommend: Spritzeria (for Aperol) and Father (for late night drinks).
Start your first full day in Thessaloniki with a nice long walk along its revamped waterfront. The sea is almost always calm until noontime and it’s beautiful to enjoy this piece of the city. For a quick bite after that, stop at Le Coq for the city’s best french croissants and baguettes. You can choose your own filling!
You can continue exploring the city with a tour around its famous Kapani food market or go north in Kastra to explore the city’s past.
Thessaloniki is also considered a food capital with plenty of options for lunch: Extravaganza for creative Greek cuisine, Mourga for refined seafood meze and Mia feta bar for cheese nibbles!
Enjoy a full breakfast at your hotel and take on the Vergina private tour for exploring the great past of the wider Macedonian region and the history of Alexander the Great.
Once you’re back go out for a walk around the city’s port. Sunset is amazing around this part of the city with lots of youngsters hanging out near the docks. You can then walk to Maitre & Margarita for a nice dinner or visit Ypsilon for some drinks and funky vibes.
Enjoy one last Greek coffee in the city centre before you head off for the airport. Visit Local Espresso bar for one last coffee under the sun.
At the agreed time, your private driver will be waiting for you at the hotel for a private transfer to the Thessaloniki International Airport (SKG).
