Arrive in Athens International Airport (ATH) where you’ll be greeted by our driver for your private transfer to your hotel.
Take your time to freshen up and take on a welcome stroll at your own pace around the Athens city centre. Check out our Athens Travel Guide, as well as one of the most buzzing neighbourhoods of them all: Syntagma.
You can visit the Temple of Zeus, as well as the Greek Parliament, which is just 3 minutes away, and catch the change of guard.
Walk around Agias Irene’s square south of Syntagma and stop at Krinos for some delicious Greek honey doughnuts.
At night, enjoy refined Greek cuisine at Cookoovaya.
Start your day with a visit to the Cycladic Museum in the elegant neighbourhood of Kolonaki. Upscale shops and boutiques are abundant here. Stop at Me Kolonaki for a quick coffee or snack.
Alternatively, enjoy a great Greek-style lunch out in the sun at Cherchez La Femme next to the Metropolis Church of Athens.
At night, visit Pangrati for a night out in a homey yet vibrant neighbourhood full of bars and al fresco restaurants.
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Athens and check-out. Nafplio is only a 1hr30min drive, so leave promptly to enjoy the day there. On your way there, you can stop by Ancient Mycenae for a private tour in this magnificent archaeological site.

Just before sunset head to Nafplio and enjoy a nice stroll by the sea. You can have dinner at Noulis which is one of the most traditional tavernas around.
Time to wrap up your adventure and head back to Athens. On the way back you can stop at Kavos 1964, one of the best seaside tavernas outside Athens, in Corinth.
