Sarah is a Scot currently living in London. She recently spent nine months backpacking the Americas (from the USA to Chile) followed by three months in South East Asia. Some of her most memorable experiences include a three-day jeep trek across the Bolivian salt flats and being held hostage by an Orangutan in the Sumatran jungle.
Sarah is city girl at heart, and now that she’s back in Europe she loves taking weekend breaks to explore new places. When it comes to food, she loves bold, spicy, Asian flavours and cites Sri Lanka and Malaysia as her favourite foodie destinations. She is passionate about cooking and enjoys spending her spare time trying to recreate memorable dishes at home.
