Born in Istanbul, to a Turkish dad and Cypriot-French mother, Dilara was brought up with an abundance of different tastes and culture.

She loves traveling and experiencing new places, languages and most importantly cuisines! Currently residing in London, Dilara has previously lived in Istanbul and Boston and has spent a summer in Mexico City. She balances her huge appetite with her love for exercising and healthy eating.
