From an early age I knew my biggest interest was food. I love food!
If I had to give myself a term that fits me, I would say i’m a People Feeder but in occupation terms I’m a caterer, private chef, food stylist and food photographer. I love fruits and vegetables as much as I love meat and fish. I love whole grains and pulses, as much as I love butter and cream. I absolutely love dessert. I adore a bite or two of something rich and sweet at the end of a meal. I love how food opens up the world to you and at the same time food can be comforting but it can also take you out of your comfort zone.
So I feel very lucky that I have managed to turn my curiosity, enthusiasm and passion for food into my everyday job in one way or another.
