Aspasia was born in Athens and studied Management in Milan, Italy. She fell in love with the food and culture of Italy during her university years. After that, a journey of flavours and new experiences started. Naturally curious, she found herself in unexpected locations and adventures.

She has lived in Athens, Milan, Brussels and Zurich and cannot wait to explore more cities and taste more amazing dishes along the way.
