Franzesca is a female name. In this case though, it’s also a new bistro entry in Agia Paraskevi area. Franzesca bistro can further become an addiction to everyone that is going to taste their delicious tapas and more, that are served.

Ever since July 2017 the restaurant is open and welcomes all patrons be it lovers of Spanish, as well as Asian cuisine. The concept of the bistro is all about the idea of “sharing” and tasting a little bit of everything. I decided to celebrate my birthday with family in this place and it didn’t disappoint at all. We ordered fine slices of jamon ham with figs, beef carpaccio, bao buns with shrimps, lamp dumplings, accompanied by perfect white wine, and we closed our light dinner with a real Italian tiramisu!

Of course the menu list is extensive and the wine list is very interesting that can satisfy even the most demanding customer. The waiting staff is very polite, always with a smile and very discreet.

The love that the owners have for this bistro shows in every corner of this place. Apart from the great emphasis given to the dishes served, the bistro's interiors is also very carefully thought through with minimal aesthetics that make you feel relaxed right from the very entrance.

Some tips: Franzesca bistro is located on Agiou Ioannou Street. The parking area is very difficult and you have to be very patient to find a free space. If you are not, then take a taxi! And, make a reservation before any visit.
