It was a few days before the Covid-19 lockdown when we visited for a dinner with friends, which then became the last time we dined out before the whole globe went haywire! And it was a really good night – quality Greek white wine came plenty with delicious dishes of pasta and orzo around the table. What we definitely wish to taste again? Their insanely tasting Spaghetti Carbonara, their nicely balanced Garganelli Ragu and their prosciutto flatbread!
